I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of Gyumri, Armenia, and it truly exceeded my expectations. We ordered chicken shaslik and after 40 minutes of waiting we decided to cancel it and leave… While waiting we ordered also tea and it wasn’t delivered in more than 10 minutes as well. For such great service we had to pay 10% charge, which is automatically added on top of the bill?!
