For me, this is the best hotel in Istanbul. I had an excellent stay at this hotel — everything was perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location is great. What truly made the experience outstanding was the hotel manager, Mr. Mustafa. He is extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Maestro Hotel near Galataport. The service was outstanding, and the location is excellent—just minutes away from the Bosphorus. The staff were very respectful, welcoming, and professional, with an excellent greeting from the moment I arrived. The rooftop offers a stunning and very beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The hotel also features smart technology, which made the stay even more comfortable and modern. Overall, a fantastic experience and totally recommended.

The hotel is clean and offers daily hospitality. The room is luxurious, clean, and very beautiful. The reception staff are helpful, friendly, and always available to assist us. The restaurant staff, especially the two sisters, Maryam and Israa, are respectful, always smiling, and provide excellent service. The only slight drawback is the room service; I requested something twice, and they said "okay" but didn't bring it. However, overall, the hotel is very nice.
