My favorite place to buy budget clothes since 20 years, and you can find many big brands there with tiny defects, way cheaper than the stores, the same quality for the half price (or even less). Go there, get lost among huge piles of clothes, i am sure you will find cool stuff. Definitely recommended.

One of the best places that you can buy clothes with very cheap prices in İstiklal street. Edit: Think this place as a open bazaar with clothes that have some minor defects on them. Of course they sell products which are in a perfect state but as you can guess they cost more than those are with defects. But sometimes those "defects" cannot even be seen without detailed go through. So, keep that in mind, search and choose best ones among them. And keep your valuable things like your purse close to you it's very crowded place especially times between 11.00 and 17.00 (11 am and 5 pm if you're not using metric system units). Have a great time 🙂
