Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life.(don’t book) I booked Taksim Centre Hotel through Booking.com and it turned out to be nothing like the pictures. The room was freezing cold, smelled terrible, full of bedbugs, and located on the first floor with dangerous, steep stairs. It was honestly scary and felt unsafe to stay there. As soon as I arrived and saw the room, I politely asked the host for a refund. He laughed at me in a rude and disrespectful way, saying “you knew it’s not refundable, do whatever you can.” That attitude alone was unbelievable. I had no choice but to stay one night because it was late and I couldn’t find another place, but I left the next morning. The entire experience was humiliating and disgusting. The pictures online are completely misleading, and the real condition of the hotel is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs — save yourself the stress, the smell, and the bedbugs.

It's a terrible place. The rooms are neglected, the beds are dirty, and there are insects in the room. There's a club under the hotel that plays music until 5 am, making it impossible to sleep.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I arrived in Istanbul three days ago with my family and booked a 2-bedroom room for 4 people through Agoda, paying approximately €216. What we found was a nightmare. Within the first hour, we discovered at least five bed bugs. The entire place was filthy – dirty blankets, stained sheets, and unhygienic beds. The photos on the listing are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this property. When we complained, the staff responded rudely, saying: "You get what you paid for." They were unprofessional and disrespectful, even going so far as to call us “poor” for choosing their accommodation. We immediately left and booked another hotel without staying a single night. We contacted Agoda to request a refund. They claimed they would speak to the hotel owner, but we have not received any money back so far. Do not waste your time or money here. This place was an absolute disaster and a health risk. I’ve attached photos to show the real conditions.
