This is a historical six stories shopping arcade, built in 1908. The ground floor of the arcade hosts a wide array of businesses, shops and cafes. There is an amazingly famous store that sells retro clothing and costumes on the ground floor. The upper floors are being mostly used for residential accommodations. The ground passage is also filled with historical photos of streets and places in the area.
