One of the best manicures in town. Liana delivers consistent, professional results every time within polite and gentle manner. Clean salon at the city center, on-time appointments, reasonable prices. Speaks both Russian and English which is great for foreigners. Highly recommend if you want excellent nail work without the fuss.
