If traveling solo or in small company, Shushan's B&B, located in the beautiful Armenian mountains of Yeghegnadzor, is a wonderful family-owned business that is centrally located and outfitted with all necessary amenities including wifi, parking space for vehicles, and optional delicious Armenian home-cooked meals. Shushan and Gagik are fluent in both Armenian and Russian, while their older son Armen continues to improve his English: Together, the whole family demonstrates a hospitality and concern for all their visitors that is truly exceptional. For travelers looking for a truly authentic Armenian experience, Shushan's is a beautiful decorated home with mountain views that feels both warm and peaceful. As a long-term renter, my experience living alongside of Shushan and Gagik has been nothing but positive, feeling incredibly supported and cared for as a resident. As mentioned, the Google address is currently incorrect, but look for Andranik 8--beautiful green bushes and a large wooden gate make the home stand out.

Friendly hospitality, great food, and close to the highway and downtown Yeghegnadzor! But the google map location is not quite accurate! It is on the other side of H47 and the correct name of the Street is Antranig, 8
