Based on the review, we decided to book here expecting the exceptional kind of stay to bid farewell of Armenia hospitality. However, we received a mix experience from here. Checking-in to the room feeling impressed at start. They prepared a welcoming card that tailor made with hand writing for a guest. However, we unfortunately faced a big disappointment in which our toilet bowl wasn’t working properly. Maintenance staff came to solve the issue, but it was taking so long like 30 mins without the feedback or update if the issue would be resolved or not. Until the time that we had to leave the room for an appointment. We had to come down and use the toilet in the lobby instead before heading out. We came back hearing that the matter couldn’t be solved and we needed to change the room. It was really unpleasant and exhausting moment. We paid a premium range expecting the highest standard of comfort during the stay so it wasn’t a good start at all. Breakfast was making it up next morning. The service staff were great, attentive and food options were excellent as it was prepared by a fresh ingredients. In conclusion, mix experiences that could be better.

We had our wedding morning at Seven visions resort and everything was absolutely perfect thanks to our amazing event manager, Diana. From the very first meeting to the last minute of the celebration, she took care of every little detail with such professionalism and kindness. Thank you!! 💌

The best experience we've had at a hotel, that's what you're paying for. The price makes sense and they make you feel like it's worth it. Very pleased with our room. Make sure to take advantage of the pool.
