Great hotel, very clean. Exceptional service all around. From the moment you step foot on the property, from Front door staff to house keeping are phenomenal. Made our trip really special with genuine Turkish hospitality. Added FREE Bonus is a very well curated breakfast buffet, and I’m not talking about your standard hotel breakfast with powdered eggs. This is a feast for kings and queens with everything you can imagine. Extra tip*** When going into the buffet restaurant look for a waiter named Gokhan. He rememberd my drinks and dietary restrictions, he’s very professional and gives incredible service.

I have stayed in many high-end hotels worldwide, including The Address, Peninsula Hotel, The Dorchester London, and Rixos Palm Dubai, so I value quality and consistency. Honest reviews matter, and Rixos Tersane genuinely delivered the level of luxury and service I expected. What stood out most was the staff. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and effortless. Unlike many experiences in Istanbul, language was never an issue - all the staff I encountered spoke excellent English, which made the stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Efe, Kamila, Kubra, Merve, and Eren - each was attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. Süreyya Ateş from housekeeping deserves particular recognition; the room was immaculate, well cared for, and felt comfortable and homely throughout the stay. The rooms were luxurious yet relaxing. Room service was excellent, and requests for extra pillows and blankets were handled quickly and efficiently. The hotel restaurants and breakfast were of a high standard, with no need to dine outside. While the pasta was not a highlight, the Turkish and Asian menus were excellent. A true luxury hotel that provided the service paid for. I will return, and next time I will review the wheelchair-access facilities when visiting with my son.
