I am having a great stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and truly enjoying every moment. The hotel hospitality is outstanding, and all the employees are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to the reception and guest relations team for their warm welcome, smooth check-in, and continuous support throughout the stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food quality is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that suit all tastes. Everything is fresh and well presented. The hotel is also perfect for families. There are plenty of kids’ activities, and the entertainment programs are fun and well organized. We especially enjoyed table tennis and the free bicycle usage, and we truly appreciated the free access to The Land of Legends, which was a great bonus. A very special thank you to the hotel team for the wonderful birthday surprise — it was an extremely thoughtful and lovely gesture that truly made my stay unforgettable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — from cleanliness and comfort to service, food, and entertainment. We are truly enjoying our time here and would definitely love to come back again. I stayed here during Christmas, and the hotel staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and supportive. Everyone was always ready to help with anything we needed. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized. In terms of hospitality and facilities, nothing was lacking at all. There was a small issue with the ceiling in our room, but to compensate, they kindly offered us a late check-out and a special complimentary service, which we really appreciated. Thank you for everything. I truly hope I can come back again.

A fantastic all-inclusive resort in a perfect city location — just a short commute from the city centre and the marina. One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland. Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much. The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach. The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy. A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary. Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
