We had an excellent stay at Radisson in Gyumri. Everything was perfect, and we would especially like to highlight the work of the reception team — they were always responsive, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. A special mention goes to Angin, the Housekeeping Manager, who assisted us greatly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Employees like her truly make a difference, and the hotel should value and encourage such dedication. Thanks to the wonderful team, we left with only the best impressions and will gladly return again!

Angin, the Housekeeper Manager, helped me out. I needed a pair of heavy cotton trousers cleaned overnight. Though the hotel does not do personal laundry, she personally offered to clean my slacks and delivered them to my room before 8:30 the next morning. I was so relieved! Thank you Angin for making my next days very comfortable.

Absolutely awful experience – avoid this place if you’re looking for a proper hammam or relaxing spa. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this was going to be nothing like the serene, rejuvenating experience I had hoped for. The bath and scrub area was completely chaotic and lacked any sense of privacy — multiple women were crammed into the same space, some not even fully clothed, which made the whole situation incredibly uncomfortable. There were staff constantly walking in and out, chatting loudly, adding to the already noisy environment. It felt more like a crowded locker room than a spa. When I brought up my concerns to customer service, they smirked and dismissed me entirely. No apology, no refund, no discount, not even a courtesy coupon. Just unprofessional and rude behavior. This was supposed to be a relaxing self-care experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected, tense, and honestly, a little grossed out. Do yourself a favor — skip this place and find a real hammam that actually respects its clients and their comfort. Overpriced for what you’re getting!!!
