I’ve been training here for over a year and it’s the best Pilates studio in Armenia.🌸 The instructors are highly professional with excellent technique. Inessa, the founder, is very passionate and personally leads the sessions with precision and attention to detail, constantly checking form and adapting movements. Classes are structured and well-planned, with exercises tailored to each person’s level, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel good and motivated every time you’re there. 🙌🏼

I took Pilates for a month and I enjoyed it. I did the private class with Anna and I loved it. She was great to work with..she was very patient with me and helped me learn all the basics.. I also did one class with Astghik and she was great too very motivational. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!
