We stayed at the Pera Palace Hotel with my family and were extremely happy. The historical atmosphere is absolutely captivating. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff handled it immediately and upgraded/changed our room. We missed the place so much that we couldn't resist coming back for a second stay just two months later! The attention, care, and respect shown to my daughter—despite her being just a small baby—were exceptional. They made her feel privileged and made us feel the true quality of their service. The way the hotel blends its rich history with the present is perfect. I highly recommend visiting the Atatürk Room, riding one of the first electric elevators in history, and walking through the floors via the stairs to feel those historic carpets under your feet. Also, the breakfast was magnificent; I had the best pancakes of my life here! Highly recommended.

Staying at the Pera Palace Hotel was truly magical. From the very first moment, the atmosphere, the history, and the warmth of the people made my stay unforgettable. This place has a soul, and you can feel it in every detail. I know one thing for sure: I will definitely come back. I am deeply grateful to everyone who made this experience so special, especially Akin Bey, Selim, Bilal, Nevzat, Emirhan, Gökhan, and Tarik. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant more to me than words can say. To all the other wonderful staff members whose names I sadly can’t recall because of the many Şerefe, please know that if I could, I would thank each and every one of you by name. I am not one to normally leave a review. However, I am so happily surprised at the reception here that it just couldn’t go unnoticed. I am not unaccustomed at staying at 5 star hotels. However, this one went above and beyond my expectations. The staff here is immensely kind. And I’m not talking about the standard politeness of public service workers. They are genuinely kind, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. To add to this, the food here is exceptional and it goes without saying how beautiful the building and interior architecture here is.
