We booked an economy room and arrived at midnight, only to discover that the bathroom was separate and not functional. There was no toilet handle, and the shower area was extremely dirty and unhygienic, making it unsafe to use. The toilet and sink are just outside the room, offering very little privacy, which is concerning, especially for female guests. When we asked at the reception if we could use another bathroom in the hotel, we were told that we would have to pay extra. Unfortunately, this place did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, privacy, or safety. We strongly advise others to avoid booking here, as the experience was very disappointing and problematic.

Average hotel with good price. The AC was good as i travel in June so it was relatively hot and bed was comfortable to be sleep on. The problem was that the room and bathrooms were not properly clean, and also the bathroom has blockage and water was not flowing properly. Nevertheless, as i didnt have much time so i didnt bother to notify them, so may be if i would have ask they might have fix the blockage. Overall, with the price i paid, I am satisfied.

this man from the Ozgur Hotel called Hamza Sapmaz asked me for money to send my "lost" phone back to Germany . He wanted Money by Western Union to send back my Phone!! I send my Brother there and they say there is No Phone! 😭😭😭 so besides the fact that it's a dirty hotel, the staff steals from customers' luggage, after which they ask for money to send the "forgotten" goods. Three Months He was lying to me. Shame! I informed the authorities at the Airport in Antalya. They admitted that they have my Phone. 3 Months lying to me that they will send IT Back. Now my Brother is there and No Phone.😭😭😭
