This cheap motel unfortunately has not changed for decades. At least people here speak some English and were very nice to us. Also, in the restaurant, they prepared us a very tasty dinner and breakfast.

Feels unkept. Broken furniture. Their private mni-beach offers a nice swim spot. A basic breakfast is included.

Great place to stay with family.This is small cottages near the sevan lake.Very beautiful views.The owner was very friendly and helpful.My kids enjoyed well.My kids play with their children at the shore of the lake.Breakfast was good.Really it was an incredible stay for us.we enjoyed the beauty of lake and snow around the cottages.
