overall the hotel was so good , the bedroom was clean , and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly, the location is in central taksim and very close so you can walk to anywhere easily. there's no lift/elevator so if we bring big luggage its very difficult. but the owner helped us. literally will come back again soon

Koray and his team were very helpful - although we stayed at odd times and had special requests with check in, they accommodated everything. Would definitely check them out the next time I’m back in Istanbul. One tiny feedback: Would be great if there’s some complimentary water, but otherwise great location and rooms!

One Star – Stay Far Away from This Dump! This hotel is a total letdown—old and rundown, with every corner stinking of stale smoke. No elevator, just a tiring climb up rickety stairs. The beds are uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning barely functions. Transport’s a hassle with poor metro and tram links. Worst of all, they entered our room uninvited while we were out, we were not told this before nor verbally nor it's written anywhere, with no notice or request from us. Our valuables—cash, passports, clothes—were rifled through, bags left open and disorganized. They even moved everything to the floor with a random note where our items were. This blatant privacy breach is unacceptable—avoid this place like the plague!
