I arrived at this hotel around 2 a.m. 30 Aprill 2025, exhausted and feeling low, only to be greeted by an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy – nothing like what was shown in the pictures on Booking.com. The bed was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and the whole place felt completely neglected. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to explain my concerns, but they showed no interest in solving the issue. I immediately contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to request a refund, but I never received any compensation. It honestly felt like a scam or robbery – I paid for something that simply didn’t exist. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. It’s dishonest, unhygienic, and completely different from what is advertised online.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Although the room was not quite as depicted in the photos and was not exceptional, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center of Taksim, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. We felt at home thanks to the calm atmosphere and the security of the establishment. We will definitely come back!
