Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a birthday cake to be delivered at 4 PM — it showed up at 9 PM, five hours late. Every time we called, they lied and said “it’s on the way,” keeping us in waiting mode the entire day. Because of their false promises, we didn’t get a backup cake — and the birthday was completely ruined. No responsibility, no honesty, just disrespect for their customers. Terrible service and zero professionalism.

Terrible service, absolutely no costumer service. Change the personnel owner otherwise you are going to loose customers.

I ordered a custom cake with marcepan and paid 25000. They brought a cake without marcepan and a wrong decoration. And didn't refund any money for it (I was told to send a piece of cake to them so they can see it is wtihout marcepan, which is funny) . overall quality was 3.4/5 . And it is really hard to communicate with them to order custom cakes, they only text via instagram every 2 hours.
