Overall, a highly recommended hotel option in Gyumri. Reception staff is really nice and helpful. Our transfer was running a bit late, and we were allowed to keep the room for an extra hour. Unfortunately, restaurant waiters were somewhat grim and not friendly at all. One important detail — we stayed for 4 nights, and our room wasn’t cleaned even once. When we mentioned this at check-out, the answer was that we needed to put out the “make up my room” sign. I have never come across this kind of approach at any hotel anywhere in the world. Probably, if that’s the hotel policy, it should be clearly communicated to guests beforehand, either in person or with a special note inside the room.

Lovely, beautiful and new hotel. Excellent location with super friendly staff. The rooms are great, clean, nicely done and comfortable. Breakfast was a great plus in the morning.
