The location was perfect, quiet at night, just the sound of the minaret, which sometimes woke me up in the morning. Otherwise, no noise from bars or streets. Just a few meters to the shopping mall and the city center. The receptionists, cleaners, and kitchen staff were absolutely lovely, kind, and amazing. We also tried the spa and gym and were thrilled with the local masseuse — an incredible experience! If we had more money, we’d go to her every day. The gym had two treadmills and a decent variety of machines. Only one machine seemed to have a torn cable, but I’m sure the hotel will fix it. The cleaners always came according to the door sign we put up. For example, if we just needed toilet paper without cleaning, they brought it immediately. Breakfast was amazing — fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, pastries, cheeses, bread, tea, coffee, juice. A wide selection and everything tasted great. If we ever come back, we’d definitely choose the same hotel again.

We are very disappointed with our stay. The rooms were not clean, and the toilets were dirty. Despite asking for cleaning, the staff did not maintain proper hygiene. We had to change our room due to these issues, but unfortunately, the second room was also dirty. We showed the dirt to the staff, and only then was it cleaned. Additionally, the overnight shift receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. The location is very convenient, close to the shopping center, but this does not make up for the poor cleanliness. We are a group of four couples, and each couple had the same feedback—their rooms were also dirty and not properly cleaned. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating, and we would not recommend this hotel

Great staff. Especially the breakfast crew! Top notch!!👌🏻 We were impressed the most by the spread, the variety of food and the service. The rooms were a bit small. The location is decent, very central. However it is located in an alley and would not be the safest spot to wander at night. Overall, great budget-friendly hotel! 👍🏻
