The hotel was wonderful. The staff definitely took care of us, and they showed their Kurdish hospitality wonderfully! Really, the people were always nearly feeding us, but serving the wonderful food which they had actually prepared for themselves. The room was wonderful and at a really cheap, affordable price and is also a super, super part of the downtown. So never miss. I'm so happy to stayed there. Every time I want to go to the antitalia, I'm never going to miss it, so they helped us and the conversation was good. Everything was so nice, pretty and a perfect place. Stayed here for 5 days and I must say I was unimpressed. Apart from the location everything else was terrible. The rooms were in a poor neglected state, extremely dirty and smelt of cigarettes smoke. The bathroom was horrible and smelt of damp, there was mould. No towels provided, the list goes on, I clouding extremely poor breakfast options, we ended up skipping tge breakfast provided. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.

I hated staying there: dirty walls, broken fridge, awful sevice and SUPER COLD!!! I got sick staying there. Moreover, the staff kept misleading me regarding earlier check out: gaslighting, foolishing, and pretending they don't receive emails from the platform I booked this stay from (hotels.com). Overall it was an awful experience and an awful approach to me from the staff. SCAMMERS. If you want a good treatment and respect - this is not the place where you wanna be.
