Exceptional Experience at JW Marriott Bosphorus, Istanbul From the moment you walk into the JW Marriott Bosphorus, the entire atmosphere changes elegant, refined, and welcoming in every way. The location is excellent, the building is beautifully maintained, and the environment feels truly exquisite. The staff are incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. You feel respected, valued, and honestly spoiled. Smiles are everywhere, not just on their faces, but in their eyes, and their attention to detail is outstanding, 24/7. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is consistently exceptional. This is my second year staying at this hotel, and this time I traveled with my pet. The level of care and attention extended not only to me but also to my pet was remarkable. Everyone was treated with the same kindness and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious, relaxing, and truly special experience. If you’re looking to be spoiled in the best way possible, this is the place. Thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making my and my dog Clio’s stay truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop views and excellent location, Check-in with Cem was super quick and easy, even when handling more difficult guests he keeps his smile, housekeeping made the room spotless every day, we had asked for extra water on the first night and every day after they gave us extra water without us having to ask. Staff at the rooftop bar & at the breakfast are super friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Doorman and bellman staff are always happy to help with anything. Even the dog at the entrance had a smile on her face! When we return to istanbul we know where to stay!

Rooms are not a bad size however Beds are so small even for 2 adults. Nurgul in housekeeping was incredible and made the stay very good! Cleaned extremely well above expectations Hilal, Lara and Ali from concierge ans front desk were amazing! Overall all staff were so good and extra friendly, buffet breakfast was great also super accommodating. We stayed in the 8th floor and it was great, can’t wait to come back. Also the location is perfect !
