We stayed here for only two days and used the pool, which made our robes wet. I went to the reception, and the staff member promised to replace them soon. Four hours later, nothing happened. When I called back, the same employee was shockingly rude and she refused to change the robes, claimed they only do that every two days, and even denied ever promising to replace them. Totally unacceptable attitude and zero respect for guests. If this is how they treat people, I strongly advise avoiding this place.

We came here to have dinner. The stuff was extremely friendly and the dishes were so tasty. There was a large variety of products and quite many salads. We are really happy that there is such a great hotel in Armenia. It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger.

Been to the pool only, nothing special except the view and price. There was no hair dryer for men 😒🤦‍♂️
