after a day spent driving through Armenia,I find a good deal including half-board and decide to overnight in Jermuk. Lovely hotel and amenities overall and the lady at the reception spoke GREAT English! Thank you! Deal included a medical examination👍 (no english spoken but it was easy to tell the doc that I was not there for that)and a 15'- bath in thermal water too,which I eventually took anyway,helped by a vigorous and firm Babushka. All in all,I would stay here again! Jermuk is a peaceful place!

During my stay at the Ararat Hotel in Jermuk, I had difficulty exiting the parking lot due to heavy snow. I asked for help clearing the snow around my car, as it was difficult to exit on my own. Unfortunately, assistance was refused, despite the fact that my car was scratched and I had not made any claims for damages. Instead, I was asked to clear the snow myself. I consider this attitude toward guests, especially a woman, unacceptable. I understand that certain difficulties arise during the winter, but I would have liked more attention to guests and a more customer-focused approach in situations like this. Unfortunately, the staff's indifference to guests' concerns left me feeling disappointed. I hope management will address this issue and take steps to improve service.

It is a very good treatment center. It has a good and rich health procedure for its clients. There is a salt water pool, which is healthy and is included in the procedure, and a restaurant that works around the clock. There is also a game room inside, which has: billiards, ping pong, all the possibilities of chess games, table football and xbox 360. From time to time, a disco is held inside with the participation of a DJ.
