The customer service is great- the staff respond to messages promptly and are both helpful and friendly. The rooms deliver exactly what you'd expect for this class of hotel. Most importantly, they're very clean. There's ample storage space and a well-equipped kitchenette with a sink, kettle, toaster, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, and the hotel provides reliable internet throughout. I particularly appreciated the free water fountain available to guests—a thoughtful touch! One thing to note: while the hotel does have parking, it can fill up quickly. We found it full during our stay, and the nearest alternative (Parkhaus Charlottenstraße) was also full until late at night. Finding parking on a weekend wasn't easy or stress-free, so plan accordingly if you're driving. Overall, nothing to complain about-a solid choice!

We stayed for a few nights to visit the Christmas markets. This hotel is easy to find and only a few mins walk from the main station. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. A little dated but fine for a few nights. We did need additional pillows which were provided. Its a 10-15 min walk to the markets and main shopping area. The main entrance is locked at night but access is gained via a panel on the left. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the breakfast.

Great place, very friendly personnel, especially Mohammed. When I asked for an extra blanket, no problem at all. Also the airco is great, a lot of hotels turn it off in october so really happy with that. Kitchenette was great and good size tv. We brought our own google chromecast. Breakfast was good, crunchy bread and even had salmon, feta cheese and watermelon, my favorites.
