I had a great stay at Alexandrapol Hotel in Gyumri. The building itself is beautiful, with a charming historic style that fits perfectly with the city’s old architecture. My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main square and the most picturesque streets of Gyumri, full of cafés, restaurants, and local life. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. It’s a perfect choice for travelers who want comfort, great location, and a touch of Gyumri’s traditional atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel with our family, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very first moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt as if we had entered a true palace – high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, polished floors, and décor that radiates elegance and luxury. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding, a refreshing shower, and every little detail thoughtfully prepared – even down to the pleasant scent in the room. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service – especially the incredible women at the reception. From the very first greeting, they welcomed us with warm, genuine smiles and a friendliness that went beyond professionalism. They didn’t just handle our check-in quickly and efficiently; they took the time to ask how our trip was, explain the hotel facilities with patience and clarity, and make us feel genuinely cared for. Throughout our stay, the reception team was always available and ready to assist with anything we needed – from restaurant recommendations to last-minute bookings in the city. Every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. Even small questions about the hotel facilities were met with attentiveness and a sincere willingness to help. Breakfast was delicious and varied, the atmosphere in the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, but what will stay in our memory the most is the heart of the reception team. Their warmth and dedication transformed the stay from simply being in a luxurious hotel into an experience where we felt truly welcome and valued. We left with deep gratitude and a big smile, knowing this is a place we would gladly return to. Armon Hotel – everything was excellent+++ The reception service, the food, the room was very clean, the location, the overall cleanliness. Armon Hotel!! Pleasant, good, and I highly recommend staying there. Located in the city center, just a 15-minute walk to everywhere.
