Well this was awful. Things were cut off that weren’t supposed to be. Things were left that were why I went for a manicure in the first place. The nail itself appears to be polished off and now is uneven. First two photos are from day 7 after manicure, the other two from the very next day. Same goes for the pedicure. To be fair, they offered me another procedure free of charge, but I don’t know why I would subject myself to another round of bad manicure. From the looks of it, I will have to nourish and grow my nails for a while until they grow back and heal. This is the best beauty salon in the world for a pedicure. I have been going to H2O since 2022. I have lived in many countries. H2O Yerevan is top of the tops. The pedicurist who takes care of my feet is called Bella. She is excellent.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The piercings were uneven and poorly placed, which shows a lack of skill and attention to detail. When I raised my concerns, the staff dismissed them and unfairly blamed me for the issues. Additionally, I was not provided with proper aftercare instructions, which is essential for healing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and respectful service.
