The price labeling on the shelves was confusing at first and my friends who checked out first were charged higher than what we thought was indicated in the label. We later found out that you only get the discounted price if you reach a certain amount of purchase. The cashier who explained this process to me was very patient with me and even allowed me to get more items to reach the desired amount. Despite the language barrier and with the use of Google translate, she even offered my friends to process their returns so they can also get the discount. Yes, the labeling could be clearer, but you just have to be persistent enough to ask in order to get the best bang for your buck.

To all travellers, don’t go to this place. The workers are rude and lazy! No sense of courtesy and respect. Absolutely zero hospitality. Zero tolerance for non-locals. Only buy things there if it’s life or death. Highly don’t recommend.

Very disappointed. I bought a lot of things, and while paying, I didn’t really pay attention to the total. The cashier added products I didn’t buy and charged me for them. I only noticed when I went back to the hotel and found items I never chose. Such a scam ,so disrespectful! (Talking about this specific store , not the whole Gratis store chain.)
