The rooms were spotless, the people were very nice. The food was ok, not a very big selection. But the doctor was very bad. We went for a 2-day trip and were told to see the doctor at 9 am to get a couple of massages. We went to the Dr office at 9 am with 4 kids and were told he/she hasn't arrived yet but will be there soon. We thought to go to the pool to entertain the kids while waiting. They made us wait for more than 3 hours. After spending 2 hours at the pool, we got the kids out and went to the Dr office to wait. We were told that he/she has arrived and will see us soon. Forced to wait another hour in the reception with 4 kids, we got really upset and left, complained but that didn't change anything. We ended up not getting any massages since we had wastes toouch time of that Dr we never saw.

STAY AWAY!! worst hotel I have even been to. Service is horrible and the employees act with their nose up in the air as if they are the Ritz Carlton. As soon as you walk in you can already see how unorganized the front desk is. They are so incompetent they can’t even get a reservation for one room correct! Horrible and rude staff. I would not stay here or even walk in the place if someone paid me to. Go to Armenia wellness and spa resort located in the back of this junk place they call a hotel. Armenia resort is a much better priced and friendly hotel and will accommodate you in every way possible!

Went in to grab a coffee with my husband. The hotel looked clean and nice. Everyone seemed to be busy, staff were professional. We were happy until we got the bill for 2 lattes and one piece of cake, which equaled to 5900 AMD. Greatly overpriced for Armenia, especially during a season where the town is empty...
