One of the best places to visit in Istanbul! Great structure, very pretty and interesting shops. Amazing to think this market is from 1455, making it one of the oldest shopping malls in the world. It's one of the largest covered markets in the world and it feels a bit like a labyrinth as you walk the many streets full of shops. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is a lot more calm than i imagined (no harassing from sellers). There's also lots of cafes and places to grab something to eat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grand Bazaar We had a lovely afternoon at the Grand Bazaar and it was an unforgettable experience. 🌟 From the moment you walk in, it feels incredibly immersive and full of life. It’s the perfect place to learn about Turkish culture—seeing the spices used in their cuisine, the colours, the aromas, and the traditions all in one place 🌶️🫒. There is also an amazing variety of clothing and beautiful jewellery, each shop with its own character and story. What we loved most is how vibrant and authentic it feels. You don’t just shop here—you experience it. A fantastic place to walk, explore, and create memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul. We would absolutely come back again

The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is an incredible place to explore. It’s massive, full of energy, and packed with history — walking through the narrow covered streets feels like stepping into another world. There’s something interesting at every turn, from spices and sweets to lamps, carpets, jewelry, and souvenirs. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, and even if you don’t plan to buy anything, it’s still worth visiting just to experience it. Expect crowds and a bit of chaos, but that’s part of the charm. Bargaining is common, so don’t be shy. A must-see in Istanbul and a great place to soak in the city’s culture and hustle.
