We stayed there for 1 night, the service was really great. The interior of the hotel was very nice, it has a very good atmosphere. The food was delicious. The rooms were really nice, you had plenty of space in the room for 2 persons. The forest was really beautiful. And the pool was perfect. It was a really nice place, definitely recommend this place if you visit Vanadzor. I would come here again if I visit Vanadzor again. 👍👍

I am leaving this review to share an unpleasant and shameful experience with the staff of this hotel. We’ve held a few events at their restaurant before, and to be fair, the food was decent — that’s the only reason they’re getting one star. However, the hotel’s general attitude left a lasting negative impression. This time we were just spending some leisure time nearby with our kids and nephews when their ball accidentally flew over the hotel’s barbed-wire fence. We sent the older kids to politely ask the guards for help, but they were rudely refused. When we called the administrator, we were told to have the kids wait outside and someone would return the ball — but no one came. Later, the staff claimed it wasn’t found, even though it was clearly visible from outside. The entire situation was handled with arrogance, neglect and unprofessionalism. The kids were shocked by the way the adults treated them, and the youngest one was absolutely heartbroken to lose the ball. Actually, this isn’t about a ball. It’s about attitude. Basic human decency shouldn't depend on whether someone is a paying guest — especially when it comes to how you treat children. I strongly urge the hotel’s owner to address this with their staff. A place that shows open disdain for children has no right to call itself welcoming or hospitable.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve ever had. Every detail was so thoughtfully considered, from the solid stone basin and custom joinery to the beautiful Iittala cups for your morning coffee and the live piano playing during breakfast and dinner. As an interior designer, I was blown away by how stunning the design of the hotel was, so inspiring and full of character. We had a balcony with a lovely mountain view, which made our mornings even more special. The staff were not only warm and welcoming but genuinely went above and beyond. The lovely ladies who worked here even helped me sew part of my dress before a wedding we attended in Kirovakan. They also kindly steamed the suit and dress we were wearing that day, which helped us so much and saved us a lot of time. Their kindness, care, and generosity made our stay feel so personal and unforgettable. This place holds a special place in our hearts now. I’ll absolutely be coming back next time, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone visiting Armenia. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and heartfelt experience. We are so grateful.
