Extremely Disappointed, This Hotel Has Gone Downhill I’ve stayed at this hotel before when it was just average, nothing special, but decent enough. Sadly, it's no longer even that. This recent experience was horrible from start to finish. The shower tap wasn’t working, and when I finally managed to fix it, the drain was completely clogged, so the water just filled up and stayed there. The fridge didn’t work, and the cleanliness was poor, the sink in the toilet was left dirty, and we even had to call reception to have the bidet cleaned because it was sticky. We booked a double room but were only given one blanket. When we asked for another, we were told the hotel was "fully booked" as an excuse. Ridiculous. The windows don’t open, and to make things worse, the AC wasn’t working at all during the stay. We were told the central heating was broken in all rooms, so I spent the entire trip dealing with humidity and allergies that completely ruined my stay. Don’t expect to sleep before 3 AM there are pubs directly below the hotel, and the noise feels like it’s coming from inside your room. They used to offer bottled water in the room, but now there’s just one bottle at reception for everyone. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby, but it barely works. It overflows and doesn’t match the cup size, causing a mess. The rooms are very small suitable for a max of 2 people. Don’t even think about booking a triple room. The Only Good Thing: The staff were friendly and tried to help where they could, but there’s only so much they can do when everything else is falling apart. Wifi was not working for the first 3 nights they fixed it only the last day 😃😃 Bottom line: This hotel is no longer worth the stay. Poor maintenance, no comfort, and a total lack of basic amenities. Definitely not recommended!!!

I lived here with a friend from 3.9.25 to 11.3.25 The reservation was cheap and we really liked it! Place 10/10 + Near the metro Stuff 100/10 + They speak English and some Russian + They always showed care and respect for us Clean 7/10 + A nice girl cleaned our room every day, changed the bed linen, mopped the floors, and brought us water - But the towels were a little dirty Room 8/10 + Comfortable beds - There are very few hangers in the rooms!! - The soundproofing of the neighboring rooms is very poor (I slept with earplugs) And! After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until evening for free This is a very good hotel, and I hope it continues to develop

I stayed 8 nights in the Junior Suite for work. The bed was comfortable and the terrace was spacious, but overall the experience was disappointing. The bathroom door was broken and dismantled inside the room, giving zero privacy. The shower drain was clogged with hair and the bathroom had visible dirt (see photos). Basic maintenance and cleaning were clearly neglected. The terrace had no umbrella. Staff told me it was broken in a storm 5 months ago, but it had never been replaced. The lighting in the room was very harsh and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi barely worked during my entire stay. Even though I paid the price for a 2-person Junior Suite, I was not allowed to have visitors, which made the terrace unusable for meetings. Reception staff were polite and available 24/7, but often avoided dealing with problems such as the Wi-Fi. One day, the receptionist entered my room at midday without knocking, bringing in a random person who sprayed what looked like water in a corner with the excuse of fumigating for insects. It seemed like they suspected I was not alone in the room. Entering a guest’s room without knocking or proper notice is completely unacceptable. This hotel has potential because of its location and terrace, but poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, unprofessional behavior and unhelpful policies made my stay frustrating. Definitely not worth the price charged.
