The best rent a car in Armenia. Thanks Boris and rest of the team for helping me with a great car. It was Clean, well maintained, reasonable price, and no hidden charges. We opted for a suv and they gave us Mazda and suggested a full insurance with an additional cost which is absolutely fare considering the city rush and to avoid issues in case of a major accidents. Thank you guys and we will meet again and this time I will take a bigger car for my extended family. Keep doing well!

I rented a Mazda CX-5 from Express Car Rent for a road trip with my parents through Armenia, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The car was delivered on time and fully cleaned . The car was brand new, extremely comfortable, and packed with advanced features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and a blind spot monitor. We drove long distances across beautiful landscapes, yet never felt tired thanks to the car’s comfort and smooth handling. Even my parents thoroughly enjoyed the ride. These modern features made the entire journey incredibly convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I visited Armenia for a 7-day vacation and chose to explore the country through a self-drive experience. After comparing options, I went with ExpressCar due to their easy booking process and competitive pricing. While the booking was smooth, I learned that the car model is not guaranteed, even if booked in advance. I had reserved a Toyota RAV4, but it wasn not available. However, the team pleasantly upgraded me to a Kia Sorento, which was larger and more comfortable.....Thank you ExpressCar team for this gesture. I picked up the car from their downtown office, where I was assisted by Edward. He was friendly, but the contract signing process felt a bit rushed. I was asked to sign on his mobile phone without being shown the full contract, which made me slightly uncomfortable. A date error was later found in the contract, but to their credit, the team corrected it quickly and sent a revised version. Being a first time renter, I opted for full insurance by paying an extra 50,000 AMD. I was informed that each damage would otherwise cost 50,000 AMD. The vehicle had minor scratches, and for peace of mind, the insurance seemed like a wise choice—though the way it was presented did feel slightly pushy. The Kia Sorento performed well throughout my 5-day drive around Yerevan and beyond. The only challenge was that it appeared to be a US model, with the speedometer showing miles per hour instead of kilometers, which required extra attention due to Armenia’s many speed cameras. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would commend ExpressCar, but advise new renters to review the contract carefully and clarify all details before signing.
