We made the mistake of booking a stay a stay for two weeks. Room next door to us can hear everything, constant arguing late into the morning 4-5am, banging on the wall. No matter the change in people arriving still noise was an issue. Lift does not go upto fifth floor so we had to carry our 25kg luggage up and then back down ourselves to the fifth floor. It is a very dark and dull room we stayed in, kitchen stove top was really poor didn’t work well, upon request was given a gas container stove which did perform better. The shower was quite dangerous, I pulled it to close it shattered everywhere, I was charged to replace a faulty shower door. Only thing good about this place is the location and staff. Would I recommend Ersoy Ege apart? no certainly not.

The location is nice but the place is not hygenic, it is noisy and it smells like smoke, the smell even went into my clothes. They should not be allowing geusts to smoke in the hotel. You can also see that the rooms are not cleaned properly.

The hotel staff are absolutely lovely and always have a smile to greet you when you walk down the steps. I stayed for 7 nights and most days when passing the reception they ask if there's anything we need - we were given extra towels and toilet rolls. We also had a woman to clean our room - changed our beds, cleaned the floor and shower room. Also provided additional slippers, body wash and shampoo for no extra cost. Air con was perfect for the summer heat! Helped us sleep much better, despite the beds not being overly comfy. The location of the hotel is quiet, just a bit of traffic noise which is no issue. Very close to the shopping markets and pubs, but far enough away to not hear the nightlife if you wanted an early night. The kitchen was useful, but did have a broken socket and there was only minimal utelsils. This is my first time here, my mum's second time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Excellent service for the price!
