Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that the accommodation did not match the photos or description shown on the app. The property looks completely different and is in very poor condition, significantly older than presented online, with broken floors, windows that do not close, and a generally unsafe and unhygienic environment. The furniture and sheets were dirty, stained and damaged, with burn marks and insect traces. There was a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes and sweat throughout the room. The air conditioning advertised on the listing did not exist, instead we were given a broken fan, missing its safety cover, which had to be manually spun several times to start. We did not receive even the most basic supplies such as toilet paper, and the slippers provided were extremely unhygienic. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a broken shower and overall unsanitary facilities. The cleaning staff placed clean bed sheets on the floor in the hallway before carrying them into the rooms, which was highly unprofessional. The general atmosphere of the property was unsafe and disturbing. At night there was a lot of noise, doors were slammed constantly, guests were shouting, and men were entering the women’s bathroom. The building itself looks neglected and almost abandoned, creating the impression that it could collapse at any time. Overall, the situation made us feel very uncomfortable and insecure.

We stayed with my wife. It is july but it seems last time someone cleaned was last year. Don't go here.

Cheap and cheerful! Perfect for me on a tight budget. Staff were very nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable. That was all I needed! I booked the Ersoy Ege and was taken to this one instead, not sure why but was actually more convenient for me. The location is right at heart of Antalya. I would stay here again but don't book if you are expecting the Hilton!
