Dated hotel. Rooms are small and dated. The hotel needs to be updated especially at the prices they want for the rooms. Food is just okay especially considering most places in Armenia have really good food. Overall it’s a standard dated hotel trying to charge a premium for I’m not sure what

Rooms were adequate. Large and airy, typical 3* hotel room, though a bit musty. Food however was dreadful - low-grade buffet dinner in a huge, noisy dining area. Given how everywhere else we stayed at in Armenia was so nice, this felt like stepping back 20 years. Breakfast was an adequate buffet. Large groups of noisy tourists staying too - so many other more boutique options if you're on your own/couple/small group.

Hotel Dilijan Resort is a nice and friendly hotel to stay for a night or two. The only issue that we noticed was the lack of an air conditioner and the bathroom was too small to move around; though, the room was very specious and had a separate seating area. The balcony was a nice touch since the weather at night during summer months is great. It also offered full daily breakfast which was included in the room rate.
