We spent 2 days in Dili Town, which didn't really impress me.The place is quite inaccessible, and it was not so easy to get to it.The receptionist had a very sad and unfriendly expression on his face. When booking, I specifically mentioned that we have birthday, I mentioned it 2 times at the reception, and the hotel did not show any minimal attitude.The pools were great, but the employee of the bar ruined those experiences, the breakfast was pretty good too, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.I also want to express my special gratitude to the Housekeeping staff, who are devoted, loving and to be smiling.And a tip, check out the administrators and their attitude towards the guests.

We planned to return here for new year but after this visit definitely NO NO. 1st we asked room cleaners 6 times till 6:30pm until they finally cleaned our room. 2.The spa area was extremely dirty no workers around bar didn't work no workers. In tea room you can't find a clean cups . 3.In restaurant food so limited we been here last year and was much better. 4.The biggest problem front desk workers so rude. Unprofessional,with unhappy faces. When my daughter asked a water the front desk girl said we don't have a water you should buy in restaurant.Fine we bought but it's such a shame for this kind of Hotel. Owners should train their workers and choose more professional staff at least for front desk. Dilijan has plenty of great resorts and it's a big competition you shouldn't lose your clients because of 1 bottle water and all other problems I pointed.

Expectations vs. Instagram = Completely Different. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The photos online looked beautiful, but the reality was far from it. Our bed sheets were super dirty—it was honestly disgusting trying to sleep in them. We reported the issue and also mentioned that the room didn’t match what we expected, but the staff did nothing and even blamed us for not specifying which room we wanted—something never mentioned during booking. There were ants crawling from the balcony into the kitchen, which was incredibly unhygienic. On top of that, there was no AC on the main floor of the cottage with 40°C outside, making it unbearable during the day. Overall, the room was very dirty and not at all what was promised online. The only thing we actually liked was the breakfast, lol — it was very fine with various dishes and options. But prices were very high for this level of cleanliness and service—absolutely not worth the money.
