I have been a loyal customer of CMYK for a long time, but I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the vartanants Center with Diana. I was late 20 minutes to my appointment, and they even called me. I explained that I would arrive in 10 minutes, and they told me “OK, come.” But when I arrived, they said they could not accept me anymore. I felt very upset and sad because as a long-time customer I expected more understanding and respect. Everyone can be late once, and I think a bit of flexibility for loyal clients is very important. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

Booked an appointment for a family member. The online booking website did not show all services and when they arrived they were told that they cannot get their nails done as there is no time even after booking the appointment. Also had booked with a technician who had multiple free hours but at arrival they were placed with someone else who was booked and busy. Have had better experiences at other locations.

I had a pedicure with Rima and was very impressed! She’s professional, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for top-quality pedicure care!
