The Surp Astvatsatsin Cathedral in Gyumri, also known as the "Seven Wounds of the Virgin Mary," was completed around 1885 and is arguably the most beautiful religious landmark in the city. Damaged and restored after the 1988 earthquake, the destroyed domes have been preserved in the adjacent garden.

Cathedral of the Holy Mother of God is an amazing and beautiful church in the middle center of Gyumri City. It's made from black stones and the surrounding area is very beautiful too. This church has a lot of visitors each day. I recommend visiting this church and walk around it as well. It's very old and still active. Don't miss entering inside it and look at the awesome pictures and holy icons 😍.
