Great place. Stayed two weeks over Xmas 2025 for dental treatment at clinic in Lara. Very friendly staff, especially young Miss Nur! The red (nostalgik) tram stop is opposite which makes it very convenient for Lara, Konyaalti Beach, and just a couple hundred metres walk to the old town of Kaleici and the Roman harbour. Apartment (301) was immaculately clean, well equipped kitchenette, powerful air-conditioning, nice shower room with powerful jet, very comfortable large double bed with pristine Egyptian cotton bed linen, and a very friendly resident ginger cat! Everything you could want and much more! Thank you to all the team at Beta's Guesthouse Apartments for making it such a comfortable stay, and at a great price. Wishing a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year to You All! Hope to come stay again sometime soon!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. From the moment we stepped into the room, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and alcohol. It was genuinely hard to breathe, and we both woke up the next day with sore throats due to the poor air quality. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The sofa was filthy, with visible cigarette burns and stains. The couch table even had a big black hole in it — completely unacceptable. One of the chairs was broken and unusable. On top of that, the kitchen was barely equipped, making it nearly impossible to use for even basic meals. The TV looked like it was from the 90s and barely worked, adding to the feeling that the place hasn’t been updated or maintained in years. Despite arriving FOUR HOURS after the official check-in time — and clearly communicating my arrival time — the room still wasn’t fully cleaned. The staff didn’t seem to care and weren’t particularly friendly or helpful either. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. For the price and the description provided, this was nowhere near the quality I expected. Definitely would not recommend.

Although the hotel is in the centre with good connections I had a really bad experience, The mattress and bed were covered in bedbugs. Even though they fumigated for 2 days, I could barely rest at night with the number of bedbugs I found.
