Pros: 1. near bus stop the catch the airport bus 2. Laundry machine Cons: 1. Wrong check in time on website, starting checking in after 2pm. I booked on agoda, the checking time is 12pm, and then I received message saying that their check in time is 1pm. When I arrived there at 1 pm, the receptionist said the check in time is 2 pm. The information on website is so wrong. 2. Unclean bathroom. Have lots of hair on the floor belongs to previous guests 3. Need to replace the pot and fry pan, their coat are worn out, it’s unsafe to keep using them for cooking. 4. They need to put some clothes hangers in the closet, I don’t have any in my room. 5. My room 205, I could not shower because the water temperature is either cold or too hot to burn you (I am not joking, no warm option). Better check the water temperature if you are assigned to the same room. The temperature is normal warm for 3 min, and then started becoming really hot water. Too many cons made the price is too expensive for this room. Won’t visit again. Not worth it.

Pros: - Excellent location, near to lots of restaurants, the old town, the marina, the airport, supermarkets and the beach - 24/7 reception - Air conditioning Cons: - I booked this place as it had a kitchen and i wanted to cook for myself, however, the oven only worked on the grill setting and the utensils were minimal which made cooking near impossible - All the towels and bed sheets were stained - There were clumps of hair all over the floor from previous residents, under the beds had years of dust build up - The freezer was full of green ice which i defrosted and cleaned myself Overall, good location, but the price was too expensive for what it was. Maybe if it was clean and had a properly stocked kitchen then maybe.

This was by far the most disgusting and poorly maintained place I’ve ever seen. The rooms were filthy, the bed sheets and blankets were covered in stains, and the entire apartment reeked of awful smells. Shockingly, I even found a pair of pants left inside the toilet — that’s how little cleaning had been done. On top of that, the walls were broken and the whole place felt neglected and unsafe. It was impossible to relax or feel comfortable here. What should have been a simple stay turned into a stressful and miserable experience. If you value cleanliness, comfort, or even basic hygiene, avoid this apartment at all costs. It is absolutely not worth your money or your peace of mind.
