We stayed here for a week, the reception kindly upgraded our room to the jacuzzi suite for a reasonable and decent amount. We have been treated with respect and always happy to help and make our stay unforgettable. All staff across the hotel are amazing, thank you to kitchen staff for the delicious and healthy food, staff at the restaurant, Selin I believe her name is, and to lovely gentleman’s at the reception. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and it was wonderful and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room service was excellent and the cleanliness was very high. The staff were very friendly and kind. The Wi-Fi is good and the restaurant has many delicious options for breakfast. Overall it was an excellent experience and I recommend this hotel to tourists, especially families.

Stayed here for 3 whole weeks during a family emergency so we had to be near the hospital. The staff were so kind and understanding of the situation, I even got to know a few by name! Big shout out to Ardan, Hassan, Durmis and Ali who were all awesome. Thanks!
