Location is OK near old town. I stayed with my family and we booked 3 rooms. Rooms size were OK two off three rooms air conditioned and fridge were not working. All three rooms TV were not working as well. Our room bathroom showers door been broken and very small in size can't even turn around , window can't closed properly and one balcony door can't open. One of our room main door loose locks and I complained couple of times but not been fixed. One of our room was on first floor and first floor ceiling was quite low which can been seen in picture. Very basic breakfast. But Staff were friendly.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. You won’t feel comfortable or enjoy your stay. The service is terrible, zero hospitality, and even the breakfast was disappointing. Only one guy at the reception was nice, the rest were not helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was very dusty. We opened the closet where there was a fridge, and it broke immediately and anyway, the fridge wasn’t even working. The AC didn’t cool the room. We told them several times and they kept saying “we’ll check it,” but they never fixed it. We also stayed 5 days and they never cleaned the room unless we asked. Even if it’s a 3-star hotel, there are many other hotels way better than this one.

This was the worst hotel room we ever had. This hotel hues not have 3 starts as rated! - the bed sheets where never changed since we booked in - cleaning was not done properly. The cleaner had only a brush and not even a mop. If we where not wering sleepers in the room our feet will get black straight away - basically was dirt everywhere - they replaced the entrance door and forgot to do the repairs around it - the tv was almost the size of my hand - lights where only half of them working - the breakfast was not very good and they didn't had many options at all. - the spoons forks from the breakfast area where dirty Tape at the bottom of the furniture as was mould at the bottom
