The hosts are super friendly and great people. An hour into our stay they surprised us with a tray of delicious homemade spas. They upgraded us to a nicer, more private room at no cost. The breakfast was great too.

We had a very good room on the first floor with our own washing mashine, bathroom, large kitchen and breakfast in our small but nice living room. The owner and his family are really friendly people, who are known all over the town. Room was very clean, worth every Dram we paid and the owner even picked us up from a gas station and helped us to get to a hitchhike-spot down the road. Alltogether a very decent place to stay! I recommend it to every fellow traveller :)

This is a very clean and spatial apartment near the center of Alaverdi with fully equipped furniture and facilities you need, especially suitable for family travelers who want to explore the area’s UNESCO sites as the host can help arrange good driver for you. Thank you, my kind and nice host!
