The reception staff was rude. Our take away sat at reception for 3hrs before they decided to let us know that it had arrived. There was no wi-fi in the room so I spent a lot of time sitting in reception to get work done. Not ideal. Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Lovely, fresh and worth getting up for. The pool was also wonderful. Lots of loungers and it was well looked after. The hotel is undergoing renovations and I trust it will be great once all the work is done, but the reception staff needs training in customer service.

Videos speak for itself absolute joke of a hotel dust entering our room loud noises in morning-6pm which we couldn’t sleep,Not safe what so ever, Do not stay here we had to leave early and got offered 0 compensation other than a bowl of watermelons which is included in breakfast. This hotel is without any doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I do not write bad reviews for anywhere but I thought I would write one for this hotel to save any tourists coming for a holiday or anyone that are unaware of the state of this hotel.DO NOT STAY HERE not even if it’s free.

A really bad hotel there is no hot water... hotel staffs didn't even try to help... whenever I asked it will come in 30 minutes but it's been more than 2 hours , I chose not to take a shower
