We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Andor. The room was well maintained, the food was enjoyable, and the service was good throughout my stay. However there were no elevators, which made it a bit difficult to carry the luggages up and down the stairs. Apart from that everything was good. The hotel’s courtyard was beautiful and added to the experience. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay.

Important Notice Regarding Andor – Based on a Real and Verifiable Experience This statement reflects a real situation experienced not only by myself, but also by several guests of different nationalities. I believe it is important to inform future guests that at Andor, the individual acting as receptionist and claiming to be the manager demonstrated repeatedly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. First and most concerning, guests should be aware of a serious breach of privacy. Personal and private guest information was shared with third parties without consent, which constitutes a clear violation of basic guest privacy standards and policies. Second, regarding payment: There was a temporary delay in payment, during which I actively attempted to resolve the matter in good faith. I arranged for one of my colleagues to send the payment directly to the receptionist’s name. Despite this, several days later, she claimed the payment had not been received and requested that we meet at a police station. I agreed and, to avoid further issues, made the payment again on time. It later became clear that the payment had in fact already been completed, meaning I paid twice for the same obligation. Despite this, the receptionist continued to behave in a rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional manner. Additionally, I had voluntarily left my suitcase at the property. When I returned a few days later to collect it, I was told I could not retrieve my belongings and was accused of intending to leave the country without payment — despite all payments having been made. During this interaction, a night-shift receptionist threatened me with physical harm, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. For clarity, I possess documented evidence supporting these events, and I am not the only guest who experienced serious issues at this property; other guests encountered problems of a different nature. That said, it is important to acknowledge the few individuals who acted professionally and humanely: Tatev (Barista) — kind, respectful, and genuinely professional Vahagn (Night Shift) — calm, responsible, and helpful The housekeeping team, who performed their duties with care and integrity Without these individuals, staying at this property would have been extremely difficult. 🙏 God bless Tatev, Vahagn, and the housekeeping staff — your professionalism stood out despite the circumstances. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Andor to proceed with extreme caution.

I stayed at Andor for five months, and I can truly say it’s the best place to stay in Yerevan! The place is always clean, the location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly, they really made my stay feel warm and comfortable. During my time here, I met so many wonderful people and created great memories. I’m really grateful I found this place. Highly recommended!
