Booked this hotel for end of April. When we arrived outside it was like a work site with materials and wood all outside. Reception area at front was fine so we checked in. When we upstairs to the room the stairs was full of dust due to on going renovation and works. They did not say this to me when we checked in. When we walked up to our floor we could see all the rooms were not ready and materials were in the corridors. Our room was at the end of the corridor. However, it was not fully ready still. Whilst in the room for just few minutes only it was extremely noisy with all the work being carried out in rooms nearby and even downstairs. I told them that they shouldn't be renting out the room in this condition or any in hotel whilst this work is being carried out. The swimming pool was also closed, which they said only open from June onwards, which was not stated online when I booked hotel. The hotel when ready probably will be good and standard too, but unfortunately shouldnt be available to book in that condition and with work on going. They did acknowledge and accept this. They offered to take me to their other hotel just nearby which was all ready. They took me in car nearby to it, was called Ale Boutique Apartments. The location was still ok and the rooms and hotel was in good condition and no work on going there. I will leave a seperate review for that hotel.

I have previously left a good five star review however that changed when the host lied that I drank the drinks from the mini bar and that he left a price list of the drinks in my room Scammers, avoid at all cost He tried to claim €13 from me through Airbnb which I’ll decline.

For a 3 star hotel Thai accommodation hit the spot. Me and my girlfriend needed a spontaneous getaway and for the location and a room with our own jacuzzi the price was excellent . Eric the guy from the reception has been very helpful throughout our stay and the staff has been very friendly in general . Will book again .
