I came for 1 month and stayed here very nice people will go out of there way to help you ,the hotel is right in the middle of the city the trams and bus service are excellent if you like shopping it's a 5 minute walk to old town and the harbour is close by I will be coming back here before Christmas and next year

Affordable. Safe. Great location. Friendly staff but there was a smell of smoking in my room.

I am proud to confirm this was the worst hotel I've ever been. Got a room in the 4th floor - no stairs, bed linen was dirty, had to ask for extra bed linen. Both the reception and the room I got were stinking of tobacco. The shared bathroom didn't have hot water. What a nice experience!
