This was genuinely one of the best hotel stays I have ever had the pleasure of staying. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I have ever laid on. My husband and I did not want to leave it. Employees are incredibly nice. The hotel is luxurious, beautiful, and has stunning views. I got to use my points for this short anniversary trip. It could not have been better. I love the tea that they gifted me as well. I already spoke to my family and will be returning with them also.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul was truly a luxury experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Taksim and close to major attractions, with easy access to transport. The hotel feels elegant and refined — perfect for special trips or business stays.  The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, many with breathtaking Bosphorus views that make sunset moments unforgettable.  What really stood out was the service — attentive, professional, and warm, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.  The spa, hammam, and gym facilities were excellent, and the breakfast selection was very good with plenty of variety.  💎 Luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality — highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, and the service truly lived up to the brand’s reputation. Check-in was a highlight thanks to Hilal, who made me feel genuinely appreciated as a Platinum member. She was warm, professional, and took the time to have a meaningful personal conversation, which made the arrival experience feel special and welcoming. Breakfast service was consistently excellent, especially from Oguzhan Ovec, who took care of us daily at the main restaurant. He remembered our coffee orders, was always prompt with refilling water, and proactively brought fresh utensils whenever we went up for another plate. That level of attentiveness really stood out and made each morning enjoyable. Overall, it’s exactly what you expect from the Ritz-Carlton—thoughtful, polished, and consistently great service all around. The only minor downside is the location, as it’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Taksim Square. That said, I believe this is reflected in the hotel’s pricing, and the quality of service more than makes up for it. I would absolutely stay here again.
