The pictures of the rooms are misleading! I booked my room through booking.com, but I was given a terrible room upstairs with no elevator, and the stairs are really dangerous! There was no shampoo, no toothpaste, and the towels were dirty. Don't waste your money!

When I was booking a triple room, which supposed to have 2 separate beds, they asked me to pay the fee. I paid the money and I chose to trust them but this was a mistake. I verbally asked that the room has 2 separate beds couple of times, and they said yes. The day which I was going, I asked them again to confirm, they said yes, room has 2 sperate beds. When I went there, the guy told that, your room is occupied by another guest, I will give you another room, which has one bad and one couche which looks like a bed. He said that "you can sleep there" I asked my money back to leave the place, the guy refused. He took my money and asked me to sleep on a bed looking couch. The guy (Hıdır) was rude and unprofessional. The situation was annoying. The place is not trustable.

For the location and price I will give 4 stars.I only paid 28 euros for a day. Rooms are very small but equipped with TV, air-conditioning,a small balcony etc. Good size tiled bathroom with hot water, hairdryer etc. Location: very close to Taksim square and other attractions. Warning: This property has no lift and spread in 4 floors.Steps are very steep. If you are not really fit or have luggage it will be a struggle for you to reach the rooms.
